At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, filing, and sorting mail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails and messages.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
