Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Solera. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business and sales opportunities through internal and external channel partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow market-share through new customer acquisition and increase product utilization with existing customer base.
- Execute sales tactics to secure new customers and develop prospect relationships.
- Work closely with District Managers on lead campaigns and retention.
- Prospect qualification, advancement, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build integrated direct marketing programs.
- Complete pipeline tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in at least two related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales experience.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrable ability to work with Total Customer Satisfaction attitude.
- Must be bilingual: English and French.
- Must reside in Canada.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a home-based virtual office.
