The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and addressing customer complaints. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supply needs
* Ensure quality control standards are met
* Address customer complaints
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports
* Prepare food order summaries for the chef
* Supervise and check assembly of trays
* Establish work schedules

**Requirements:**

* Secondary school diploma
* At least one year of experience in a food service role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
