  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business success and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
