We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JAY KALI CONSTRUCTION LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation.
- Office Management
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees
- Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
