Grewal Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Office Management: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including team members and management.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the growth and success of Grewal Logistics Ltd.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Language: English (work language)
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
