* Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
