We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Terraceview Lodge. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
