Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect hotel rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as restock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to requests for extra supplies or amenities.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the front desk.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with housekeeping operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining housekeeping equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and team player.
