Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at 13601 YUKON INC. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guests' departures, including calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide customer service, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
