Job Overview

Pinedale Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Associate to join our team.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations and assignments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Register arriving guests, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and assist with special requests.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take and cancel room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest payments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, resourcefulness, and team player.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a dynamic hotel environment with regular interactions with guests and colleagues. A valid English language proficiency is required.
