**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manor.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a timely manor.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in, notifying Housekeeping of late departures, early arrival and special requests.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch Porter or Shuttle Drivers as needed.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Count cash float at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
- Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the Front Desk. Monitor the neatness of the lobby.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of Front Desk Agent/Guest Services is preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service is preferred
- Previous Hotel experience is preferred
- Flexibility with working overnight shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated, friendly, upbeat, outgoing, mature person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills/Customer focused and detail oriented.
- Organizational skills, ability to multi-task with strong analytical and problem
- Knowledge of computers and cash handling experience an asset
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be a team player
**Job Types**:
- Part-time, Full-time
- Starting Salary: $18.70
- Schedule: day shift, evening shift, holidays, night shift, weekends
