Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Environment Expert. This role is critical in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and needs promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
