Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Training and Development Facilitator who is passionate about facilitating learning and growth within our Learning and Development team. This role is ideal for someone with travel industry experience who has excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. As a Facilitator, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuous learning and professional growth for our ITAs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successful team leadership and training, particularly in remote settings. They will be able to foster a positive and inclusive work culture among professionals embarking on a new career path.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to ITAs working remotely in a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Facilitate the development of participants with minimal travel industry background to enhance cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

  • Analyze learner performance data to illustrate meaningful performance trends and identify best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Evaluate new and existing training materials and suggest improvements or changes as needed.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to support the creation of best practices and standard operating procedures for training and skill-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of travel industry experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Document Management Software, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in training and development best practices and adult learning principles or a willingness to learn.
  • TICO accredited.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.

Estimated Salary Range:
