We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Wealth Management team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service support, managing database administration, and ensuring accurate document control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update account changes in a timely manner
  • CORRESPOND WITH REGISTERED PLAN TRUSTEE regarding registered accounts and required paperwork
  • Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Act as primary Wealth Services point of contact for transaction management of SWMI investor accounts

Your expertise in database management and customer-focused mindset will enable you to provide excellent support to our clients. A strong grasp of financial documents and effective communication skills are essential for this role. If you're a multitasker who can manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines, we want to hear from you

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support. Completion of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is considered an asset.
