Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Chandigarh Sweets & Restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the taste preferences of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
