Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Operations Management
The Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an appealing manner.
Kitchen Staff Supervision
The manager will supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Inventory Management
The Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Buffet and Banquet Organization
The manager will organize buffets and banquets, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Education:
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience:
At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills, including the ability to prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
