Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our landscaping crew to deliver high-quality results. If you have a passion for outdoor work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to health and safety, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Lead and motivate our landscaping crew to achieve exceptional results.
  • Operate Equipment: Safely operate a variety of equipment, including zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, and other landscape tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to address landscaping issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Spirit: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and open communication.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Ensure high-quality work is completed on time and within budget by delegating tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college diploma in horticulture or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in landscape maintenance.
  • Skills: Proficient in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift or move over 25 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.
