Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary objective will be to oversee skilled teams, guiding projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing crews across various job sites, handling a range of projects including natural stone installations, interlocking pavers, and extensive softscape work.

The ideal Landscape Construction Supervisor is a proactive leader, dedicated to achieving results. They possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to consider input from team members. They serve as role models, focused on mentoring and leading others towards success.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a comparable position
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial and residential landscape construction projects with a team of 3-4
  • Experience executing hardscape projects according to provided specifications
  • Proficient in installing interlocking and natural stone, including preparation, grading, installation, and finishing
  • Skilled in operating landscaping machinery
  • Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license; class 3 is an asset
  • Experience in estimating and design is a plus
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace
