Job Summary
Enhance your career in landscaping with opportunities for growth, training, and year-round employment as a Landscape Crew Supervisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in task delegation and will oversee both commercial and residential sites throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal staff.
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards.
  • Follow company policies and engage with clients courteously, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the foreman with construction tasks, equipment upkeep, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage daily loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Capable of towing a trailer.
  • Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
  • Assist in landscaping activities by moving soil, mulch, and plants.
  • Operate machinery including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in landscaping or construction.
  • Experience supervising small teams, multitasking, and operating trucks/trailers.
  • Proficient in equipment operation, communication, and time management.
  • Familiarity with industry materials and methods.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as small engine equipment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Experience working near heavy machinery and in outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends.
  • Preferred experience in snow removal.
  • Strong customer service skills to manage inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
