Job Summary
Enhance your landscaping career with prospects for growth, training, and year-round employment as a Landscape Crew Supervisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in task delegation and oversee both commercial and residential projects throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal staff.
  • Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure efficient execution of work in line with quality standards.
  • Comply with company policies and engage with clients courteously, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the foreman with construction tasks, equipment upkeep, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee daily loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Capable of towing a trailer.
  • Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
  • Contribute to landscaping efforts by moving soil, mulch, and plants.
  • Operate machinery including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in landscaping or construction
  • Ability to supervise a small team, multitask, and operate trucks/trailers
  • Proficient in equipment operation, communication, and time management
  • Familiarity with industry materials and techniques
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as small engine equipment
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Experience working near heavy machinery and in outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends
  • Snow removal experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
