Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents, and ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
