Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
- Supervise Staff: Direct staff and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control budget and expenditures, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Answer Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay messages and information to staff and clients.
- Compile Data and Statistics: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
