Our Sales Team

The Sales Team at Opencare is responsible for scaling our Patient Growth solutions. We strive for a win-win-win scenario, where Opencare, dental practices, and insurance partners all benefit. Our team is comprised of high-achievers who continuously seek ways to maximize our efforts.

Account Executive Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with bringing the Patient Growth product to dental practices across North America, while supporting the bottom-up build growth of this brand new offering. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional social skills, who can build strong relationships with hundreds of dental offices and apply an entrepreneurial mindset in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with dental practices, ensuring their business objectives align with Opencare's goals.
  • Run a full outbound sales cycle, from identifying stakeholders to closing deals, with a focus on creative sales strategies and leveraging CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Inform and shape the team's strategy by tracking sales performance metrics and reporting them to the rest of the team.
  • Contribute to the Opencare Sales playbook and uncover ways for the team to be more effective.
  • Manage multi-channel sales experiments to improve the sales funnel.
  • Help with the training, onboarding, and leadership of new hires and junior sales team members.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A strong understanding of sales pipelines, short-medium sales cycles, and the ability to anchor decision-making around sales strategies using data.
  • Experience selling into Small to Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), preferably with a focus on brick-and-mortar establishments.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a knack for building trust-based relationships with SMB clients.
  • The ability to quickly pinpoint problems, handle objections, and imagine creative solutions to keep the action going.
  • A consultative approach when helping clients, with a focus on needs discovery and building trust to influence decisions.
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to work in a learning environment.
