Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Acosta. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, executing marketing strategies, and driving sales of our brands at the point of purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and client communication and requests, including the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing client accounts, maintaining positive client relationships, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and flawless execution.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts between various departments, such as creative, production, and strategy.

  • Develop and manage program budgets, including creating workback schedules, managing timelines and budgets, setting up internal and client meetings, and managing internal systems.

  • Provide weekly status updates on program results, client program reporting, and reviews.

  • Attend client meetings or team activities outside the office and/or, on occasion, regular business hours.

  • Manage a direct report (Account Coordinator).

Requirements:

  • Professionally polished and interested in a client-facing role.

  • Organized with maniacal attention to detail.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

  • Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • A solid team player.

  • Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience; ideally in an agency environment.
