Ecogreen Janitorial Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Building Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free and healthy space
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
- Stock linen closets and ensure adequate supplies are available
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
