We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SK Immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
