Koshaa Fine Indian Cuisine is seeking an experienced Executive Chef Lead to join our culinary team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated chef to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 3-4 kitchen staff members in the preparation and presentation of meals.
- Supervise the maintenance of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Train staff on preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Maintain quality standards by planning menus and estimating amounts and costs of supplies and food items.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
