Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at PEI INC. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Organize buffets and banquets.
  • Manage kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Work under pressure.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on the location and candidate qualifications.
