About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a mid-market B2B business group, helping to build and lead high-performing sales teams. As a Sales Recruiter Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and sales management teams
  • Source and recruit experienced sales professionals for various business units
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver sales training programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting experienced B2B sales professionals
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
