Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support to partners, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Coordinate and process partner agreements and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Update and maintain partner records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve partner issues promptly and accurately.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
- Experience working in customer service, sales, or admin roles is an asset.
- Strong computer proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume and fast-paced work environments is a plus.
- Ability to speak French would be an asset but not required.
