Job Description:
The Analyst, Allocations plays a crucial role in supporting the review process of projected forecasts for promotional programs. This involves analyzing sales history, mapping, and seasonality impacts to determine the correct amount of inventory allocation to stores. The analyst will provide analytics to support the gap in projections between category and allocations, ensuring maximum sales and minimized inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide forecast reviews on regular promotional items and special programs.
2. Offer analytics to support the forecast position if there is a significant discrepancy between category and allocation estimates.
3. Determine item allocation based on store-specific sales history, mapping, and seasonality impacts.
4. Validate DRP opportunities and ensure up-to-date store records for allocations.
5. Adjust store-specific allocations according to current on-hand inventory and feedback from District Managers, Customer Experience Specialists, or Store Managers.

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP is an asset.
