About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Lead to join our team at ANTRIX PROJECTS. This is a permanent position that requires a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
