Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
