About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be working in a team environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
