We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Banking Advisors. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

The Banking Advisor position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial objectives. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients and answering questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assisting clients with banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listenting actively to clients' needs and resolving complex situations.
  • Providing expert advice and transaction solutions for personal banking clients.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills to build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through effective issue resolution.
  • Referencing clients to specialist colleagues when necessary.

Prerequisites

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A college diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • A positive attitude and empathy towards clients.
  • An interest in technology and ability to share knowledge.
  • The ability to adapt to different situations.
Language

This role requires proficiency in English language.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
