Job Title: Banking Advisor

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Help clients navigate our banking applications and ATMs, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and expertise.
  • Offer advice and transaction solutions to Personal Banking clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

Requirements:
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
