Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness, and a deep understanding of client needs and concerns

  • Champion digital enablement by educating clients on self-service options, leveraging digital channels, and encouraging clients to interact with us in their preferred channel
  • Utilize expertise in everyday banking, credit, and investments to provide personalized solutions and referrals to RBC partners for complex needs

Requirements

  • Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) or willingness to obtain within training period
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication skills
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and determination to succeed
  • Digital literacy across a range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
