Senior Practice Leader, Clinical Prevention Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practice Leader to join our team at the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC). As a key member of our Clinical Prevention Services team, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our TB reduction programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of TB reduction programs and services.
- Provide expert clinical consultation and guidance to public health practitioners and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships and negotiate provincial collaborations.
- Develop and implement educational programs based on ongoing needs assessments.
- Provide leadership and expert advice on staffing and care delivery approaches.
- Represent BCCDC on external committees and with external bodies as required.
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field and a minimum of five years of recent, related clinical experience in TB and public health nursing.
- Eligible for registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada.
