Key Responsibilities


  1. Client Support: As a Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services to support our clients' needs.
  2. Project Coordination: You will coordinate with BGIS teams and subcontracted forces to deliver required tenant services within the scope of the position.
  3. Assistance and Support: Provide assistance and support to Facility Managers with respect to the delivery of small-scale tenant service projects, including determining skills required, assisting with contractor selection, monitoring performance, budget, quality control, and assigning work.
  4. Contract Review: Review contract work, report any discrepancies to Facility Managers, and request Purchase Orders as necessary.
  5. Culture and Policies: Proper interpretation of client work processes, workplace culture, and policies is essential for effective Tenant Services delivery.
  6. Ongoing Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Education: High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course.
  • Experience: More than one year up to three years of job-related experience.
  • Customer Service: Superior customer service skills, with an emphasis on communication (verbal/written).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to work independently and interpret contracts as required.
  • Technical Skills: General knowledge of commercial building systems and/or construction, proficiency with CAD (considered an asset), and familiarity with MS Office and email software.
  • Licenses: A valid driver's license may be required (dependent on location).
