Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners. They will also ensure that the terms of these agreements are met and manage the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

In addition to these duties, the Property Manager will hire and supervise support staff, prepare and administer contracts for property services, and monitor progress and costs for property owners.

They will also compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, prepare expense and income reports, and respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
