Job Summary:

Riverwest Realty Inc seeks a skilled Strata Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating complex property management tasks, ensuring efficient delivery of services to clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners

• Ensure lease terms are met and manage operational, clerical, and maintenance duties

• Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repair coordination

• Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners and compile records on operating expenses and income

• Prepare expense and income reports, and respond to client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in property management

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail

• Availability to work 40 hours per week and travel as needed
