At Newfold Digital, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence
  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support
  • Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity
  • Driven - to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed

Target Compensation Range: $15.50/hourly (plus commission). Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
