Cloud Hosting Sales Specialist

As a Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking to build their online presence. You will work closely with a team of professionals who interact with existing and potential customers, sharing best practices and ideas. Our sales approach is consultative, focusing on understanding the needs of each customer and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls and identify areas to help customers improve their online presence.
  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support.
  • Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales with integrity.
  • Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.

The target compensation range for this position is $15.50/hourly (plus commission). Individual salaries are determined by various factors, including candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
