About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Hosting Sales Consultant to join our team at Newfold Digital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through consultative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls and identify opportunities to help customers improve their online presence
  • Provide consultation to customers on new products and services that can help their businesses succeed
  • Meet sales targets and metrics, including customer satisfaction and daily sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
