About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Dulux / Betonel. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and control expenses to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of retail store experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
