Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at RA WALIA INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of merchandise.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
