Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, and quick learner.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 to 35 hours per week.
