Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas and background materials.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas and background materials.
- Assist with the tracking of department expenses and revenues, and prepare operating and capital budgets.
- Plan and coordinate events, including communication sessions, workshops, and forums.
- Organize and schedule training, and update spreadsheets on training to ensure staff completes required skills and training in a timely manner.
- Act as the document/folder Administrator for the department, developing and maintaining filing systems, manuals, and other materials.
- High school graduation including post-secondary courses in office administration and Microsoft Office products, plus completion of post-secondary accounting courses and two (2) years directly related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
