Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMI Canadian Immigration Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Office. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We require our Administrative Assistant to be organized, accurate, and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
